Technical analyses, design of intervention program and monitoring instrument to tackle needs of vulnerable groups during and after the implementation infrastructure projects.
Pre-project and after project monitoring and diagnosis of the impact on communities, households and businesses especially on livelihood and opportunities to generate economic welfare, with a particular focus on vulnerable and excluded ones. The monitoring process is followed up with a plan of mitigating negative impact or risks identified.

Knowledge Management and Program Design on Social and Gender Statistics
Technical and advisory support to the National Institute of Statistics to align the methodology of social and gender statistics within the National Statistical System to international standards as per UN and Eurostat.
Promote the use of social and gender statistics among different users/stakeholders and increase their capacity in using statistics to support dvocacy, policy and intervention programs as well asresearch.
Support regular dissemination and communication of social and gender statistics through development of demand-driven and user-friendly publication.
Monitor of national policies vs. standards and objectives under internationals requirements/SDGs.
Establish and maintain relationships with national actors (public and non-public) in order to support implementation and expansion of the Gender Statistics Programme.
